Hypnotherapy is another tool offered that involves these very practices, along with the profound effects of hypnosis to assist in rewiring your brain to remove negative self limiting beliefs and blockages. Suggestively replacing them with positive, goal oriented suggestions you help develop. This brings the conscious mind (life coach) and the subconscious mind (hypnotherapy) together for double effectiveness

The challenges and issues faced by women are complex and different from those encountered by men. A coach specifically for women would understand such issues and try to offer specialized solutions or an action plan to help them navigate out of them, offering tailored support. Having raised two daughters, having three sisters and encountering female soldiers in the military, I feel uniquely positioned to assist in the coaching of females.

Absolutely. Currently, and for the foreseen future, I only offer online services. Both styles of sessions are similar, and clients have reported similar effectiveness. I prefer to be as available to you as possible which is most convenient by working together on line in a Zoom format. It feels surprisingly connected in this environment and is equally appreciated by clients. It also allows us both to save time and money traveling. We ensure that the sessions are personalized according to the clients’ needs, helping them compassionately along each step of the way.

Many of our clients have reported feeling stuck and confused during important transitions and developments in their lives. We work with them in identifying any obstacles they might be facing mentally, help create a positive action plan, and remove any negativities, to work their way out of it. Here, the people work on themselves, fostering self-confidence and the motivation most people report is needed.
